High School Lettered in basketball and cross country for the Bulldogs Member of “Triple Crown” track team – winning Metro, district and state championships in 1986, 1988 and 1989 Earned two consecutive Metro, district and state 4x100 relay titles and two consecutive Metro, district and state 110M high hurdles titles – setting current state record in high hurdles Four-year honors student, serving as ASB President and 101 Club Scholar Athlete his senior year College Four-year letterman with full athletic scholarship to UCLA Led Bruins to 1993 Pac-10 track team title after winning the 110M hurdles, 4x100 relay and 4x400 relay Contributed to Pac-10 track team title in 1994 as 2nd leg of the 4x100 relay Received All-American honors (Indoor 55M Hurdles) and named team captain in 1994 Other Earned doctorate degree in counseling psychology Coached University of Missouri - Kansas City’s track program, helping them earn six conference championships and multiple individual titles Clinical/sport performance psychologist serving the US Olympic Committee, professional teams (LA Clippers, LA Rams) and university athletic programs (UC Davis, UCLA, Long Beach State, and San Diego State)
